Simplicity Fintech Inc was founded in 2021 with the goal of making it easy for anyone to start and run a business from their phone. Its flagship product, looch, is a mobile-first financial operating system that enables founders to form an LLC or corporation, access no-fee financial accounts, manage spend with Smartcards, and handle accounting and 1099 filings, all in one unified ecosystem.

1. looch accounts are eligible for FDIC pass-through deposit insurance if they meet certain requirements. The accounts are eligible only to the extent pass-through insurance is permitted by the rules and regulations of the FDIC, and if the requirements for pass-through insurance are satisfied. The FDIC insurance applies up to $250,000 USD per depositor, per financial institution, for deposits held in the same ownership capacity. Neither Simplciity Fintech Inc nor its financial technology partners are FDIC-insured institutions. FDIC’s deposit insurance coverage only protects against the failure of an FDIC-insured depository institution.
2. Instant payments are free when sent with a looch account, a fast transfer from an accounting-enrolled external account, or a standard transfer from any external account. Instant payments sent with a card are 3.3% + 30¢. Refer to the pricing page.
3. When running payroll, early ACH may not be available in all scenarios.
